Got this error when submitting a limit order for an exchange traded spread, I used the Find Symbol dialog to load the symbol. Teton CME Order Routing (Order reject). Info: Trade Order Error - Symbol not allowed by master firm account for trading. Internal Order ID: 17998. Service Order ID: 245482. Symbol: GFU23-GFV23.FUT_SPREAD.CME. Account: | 2023-08-18 13:56:04.161 I talked to AMP first and they said it's a Sierra issue. |
