The "Text Display For Study From Chart" does not use the Auto-Coloring. It is creating a drawing and just uses the one color. The solution for what you want to do is to use the "Study Subgraph Reference". You can then use the Name or Value Label and place that in the Label Column or Price Ladder. You can then use the Auto-Color options to have that label change color.
