Post From: Is it typical for new tickers to take 7-10 seconds to load.

I started a Sierra Chart trial today because I would like to get away from Think or Swim. Thus far I like Sierra a lot better but the one thing keeping me from switching is that when I type a new ticker into ToS it takes 1 second to load the chart and when I type a ticker into Sierra that I've never loaded before, a yellow box comes up that says "Waiting to Download Historical data" for about 7-8 seconds.
I've changed the settings that have been recommended
Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (List) I changed to 1 Minute.
Maximum Historical Intraday Days To Download: non-tick, 1-tick and formula symbols have all been changed to 2.
Maximum Historical Days to download for Daily data is set to 3
Days to Load for Intraday chart data type is set to 1

The result is once the yellow box goes away the chart loads instantly but that yellow box still takes 7-8 seconds.

Is that waiting to download message a result of me not being a paid customer with a data feed subscription?
Does the SC Data - All Services[data] have some sort of a rate limiter or queue that other services such as Denali wont have?

This is important for me because I am a news trader and 8 seconds can make or break a trade.
My cpu is an i9 multicore processer with 128gb of ram, an SSD and a 3090 GPU.
