its the same issue. I would get a message saying I have to connect to a live brokerage account to continue to use my sierra chart data through rythmic, so I connect to my interactive broker account on sierra chart. Then I go back to the rythmic service with sierra chart data enabled. It still the same. Last time the data would start being active once I closed all the charts ad then openened new charts, but this time its not working after I open new charts. I don't know why. My data stops working for two different reasons. One is when I need to pay the monthly fee, another is when I need to connect to a live trading account. I just don't want to keep getting kicked out of the rythmic account, because I want to keep trading with the same account so that I can review my past trades on the same account/activity log.
