On the Alert Manager window, make sure you select the pages for "Symbol Alert" and "Time Alert" and see if there is anything for those kinds of alerts. The only other possibility that we can come up with is a custom study that is creating the alert and not adding it to the Alert Manager. Are you running any custom studies?
