Hello. I have Market Depth CME subscription. My account is confirmed with my real account in IB. When I connect to data feed I got Realtime data only few minutes than data change for Delay. In the same time CFE data works very well without delay. This happen for example in NQ or ES within regular market session so this is not with any exotics instrument's but most popular ones. I talked to support few times, sent them logs etc.. finally they send me here. How to examine this issue? |
