The only real-time data that you have access to with the "Base" packages is FOREX, CFD, and Market Statistics. If you want real-time data for the CME Group, CFE, EUREX, or U.S. Equities, then you need to be on one of the Integrated packages, and then you will need to setup, activate, and pay for the exchanges for which you want real-time data.
