Dear Support Not an urgent request but can you clarify why the study calculation time displayed in the Studies >> Study to Graph form - can be very different despite identical charts and settings. My Chartbook has 4 identical charts. Chart 1 including a single study - was (initially) duplicated to provide Chart 2, 3 and 4. On initial setup (loading the 1 study) calculation times displayed are: 1 1ms 2 1ms 3 1ms 4 1ms On reloading the chartbook: 1 133m - 162ms 2 1ms 3 1ms 4 1ms The single study on each chart is updated via ACS Buttons however making changes does not change the calculation time. Chart 1 (the first chart I loaded the study into) is still significantly longer when the chartbook is reloaded? I also deleted the study from each chartbook and then added it back to each chart individually. The outcome was the same - all 1ms until chartbook reloaded. Just confusing and doesn't seem logical but I'm sure there is a simple answer. Lastly, sometimes when opening a large ChartBook Group I receive the message Sierra Chart not responding - but the ChartBooks do open and seemingly without issue. If the ChartBooks do open despite the message is this anything to worry about re corruption, or is it just related to processor workload as stated in the SC Manual? Many thanks.
