Honestly - there are so many studies that we have available, that we do not know every last one of them, so we can not say whether there is one that already does this or not. But, the equations are given to you in that post as the following: The formula for the upper band is: Upper Band = SMA * (1 + (High - Low) / (SMA)) The formula for the lower band is: Lower Band = SMA * (1 - (High - Low) / (SMA)) So this is easy to create by using the "Moving Average - Simple", "Spreadsheet Formula", and "Study Subgraphs Reference" studies. Once you add the Simple Moving Average to the chart, then your Spreadsheet Formula for the Upper Band would be: =ID1.SG1 * (1 + (H - L) / ID1.SG1) where ID1 is the ID of your Simple Moving Average and SG1 is the first (and only) subgraph for that study. H is the High and L is the Low. You would then use the Study Subgraphs Reference to create the colored band. Refer to the following: Moving Average - Simple Spreadsheet Formula Study Subgraphs Reference For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
