There is not a way to find out how it got deleted. But, check the actual files in your filesystem. They will be located in a file named "TradeActivityLogs" that is directly under your main Sierra Chart installation folder. For a typical installation this would be C:\SierraChart\TradeActivityLogs, but the location of C:\SierraChart may be different in your case. In that folder will be a number of files with the Date of the data and then the trading account, so it will look like "TradeActivityLog_YYYY-MM-DD_UTC.TradeAccount.data". Look and see if there are files with the trade account name you have with Teton. This would imply that the data is there.
