Thanks for your reply,

I have connected more than 2 times per day in the last few days and it is still showing delayed, I have even left it connected all day but no go at this time.

It is s live account, if I go into SC website and deactivate and then activate again the CME non-professional top-of-book will it start to give me live data feed again?

If not seems I will have to just deactivate CME data permanently as they don't see my account in the system.
