For some reason your "Verified Until" date has not updated with your connection to Interactive Brokers. It is still showing as July 27, 2023. Keep in mind, you can not connect to a Paper Trading account with IB, it has to be your live account. Please try again to connect to your live account with Interactive Brokers. Make sure you stay connected for about 10 seconds.
