Hello John, Thank you for your reply. Yes, you are correct. It was in fact a problem with the keyboard shortcuts. Not being able to select a profile implies that the Not being able to select a profile implies that the keyboard shortcuts are not setup. are not setup.
I wasn't aware of that, I thought it was also possible to select the TPOs even without configured keyboard shortcuts. What happened was that when I upgraded my platforms, I upgraded the sub instances from the main instance through the "new instance" option. As the main instance doesn't have TPOs keyboards shortcuts configured, the upgrade erased those keyboards shortcuts from the secondary instances too.
