Package 5 gives you access to the Delayed Streaming Data for the CME Group, EUREX, CFE, and U.S. Equities. The Delayed Streaming Data acts the same as real-time data, only is delayed by 10-15 minutes, depending on the exchange. Best of all, this data is free with any package. We highly recommend using this data and staying on Package 5 while you are doing simulation trading. You can even use our "Simulated Futures Trading Service" with the delayed data (there is a specific connection when using the delayed data). Refer to the following: Simulated Futures Trading Service -- If you do want the real-time data instead, then you do need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages. Refer to the information at the following link: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Integrated Packages You can change your package at any time. When you do so, we adjust the remaining Usage Time for your account based on the difference in the package price. So when you change to a more expensive package, your Usage Time goes down and vice versa. To change your package, go to the "Activate Services" page and in the section for "Choose Service Package and Time Period for Usage Time, or "Disabled":" select the package and time frame you want from the pulldown menu to the left, then select the "Update/Set" button. You also need to be aware that if you are wanting data for the CME Group, then you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account that Sierra Chart can connect to, in order to qualify for the non-professional CME Group exchange fees. Refer to the following for more information: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges If you do not have an account that will qualify for the above, then we recommend the solution outlined at the following link: Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement Once you have worked out the above, then you can follow the instructions at the following link to setup the CME Group data: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* If you are wanting data for EUREX, CFE, or U.S. Equities, then follow these instructions: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: All Other Exchanges* For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
