The only thing we can tell you from the above information is that you are having connectivity issues to Rithmic. The one thing we would suggest is trying to connect to a different server of theirs and see if you have better luck. We can not say what is occurring with the Order Allocation to Trade Accounts. The main thing we can suggest is that you ensure that the option is enabled by looking at the "M >> Settings >> Enable Order Allocation To Trade Accounts" on your Trade Window and make sure it has a checkmark next to it so that it will perform the order copying.
