You can, but you would have to pay the Professional fees for this. The "COMEX for Professionals and users without a trading account" costs $127.00 per month. This is why we recommend having a brokerage account and qualifying for the non-professional pricing, if you can. But there are no other ways around the requirement, as it comes from the CME Group and we are just fulfilling what they tell us to do.
