You need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages in order to be able to get any real-time data for the CME Group, EUREX, CFE, and U.S. Equities. Since you are wanting TPO charts, you will need to be on Package 11 or 12. Refer to the information here: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Integrated Packages Gold and Silver futures, in particular, are traded on the CME Group within their COMEX exchange. Therefore, you would want to activate an exchange option that includes COMEX for the CME Group. Before you setup the CME Group data, however, you need to understand that the CME Group has a requirement that you have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to get their data at the "non-professional" rate.
