You are not setup to get data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed - you do not have any exchanges activated.

You did have data through us at one point, but it did not renew on May 1, 2023.

Therefore, the Permission Denied error you are getting is what is causing you to not get the data from Rithmic.

You can either try to work through the Permission Denied error using what information we have available on this at the following link:

Or you can activate the CME Group exchanges you want and use our Denali Exchange Data Feed instead. You can activate the exchange(s) at the following link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges

Also, if you use the Denali data, then remove the entries you have in the "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Market Data ..." and "Historical Data..." fields. This should avoid the Permission Denied error.
