You have not activated any exchanges for the Denali Exchange Data Feed, therefore you are not getting the data from us yet. We see you have filled out the exchange agreements for the CME Group, therefore you can activate the CME Group exchange(s) for which you want real-time data, at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges -- If you do not mind us asking - we are curious as to how you knew to fill out the agreements for the CME Group, but did not activate any exchanges. Were you following the instructions on our Denali Exchange Data Feed page, or did you get this information elsewhere? We see this a lot and we are trying to figure out why it occurs so we can make a change to prevent it in the future.
