Currently in order to connect to the Denali feed I am selecting Teton Order Routing service but I can only see my personal account. In order to see and trade the APEX account I have to select Rithmic Direct service which changes the data feed.
This is not a correct interpretation. In general, if you are setup to get data from us (Sierra Chart) then you will be getting the data from us regardless of what your "Current Selected Service" is set to. The only way that this is not true is if the option for "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" is set to "No". Refer to the following: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Integration with Trading Services With regards to the Market Data fields for the Rithmic setup, you do not NEED to keep those fields blank in order to get the data from us. But we do recommend it, only because Rithmic has a "Permission Denied" issue that can come up when you fill in those fields, so if you do not need the data from Rithmic, then it is best to keep those blank.
