Why would have this cost you anything? Since we were calling you, the fees should have been on our end only.
The reason I thought this way because someone called me from Sierra Chart it seems from overseas which I don’t ever recommend that to happen again because it cost me $75 international Call,

We do apologize for the confusion with the information. It is necessary to pay the exchange fees in order to get the data. The exchange fees go to the exchanges themselves.

But before you activate any exchanges, you first need to connect to your trading account. The CME Group requires that you have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to get the data at the "non-professional" rates. We verify the account when you connect to it. If you are connected all the time, then you do not need to think about it. Otherwise, you need to make sure you connect at least once a month in order to update your status.
