The first thing we want to point out is that you are not currently setup to get any real-time data for the CME Group. Your exchange selection did not renew on July 1, 2023, most likely due to insufficient funds in your account at the time of renewal on that day. When you do so, we only adjust the remaining Usage Time in your account based on the difference in the prices between the packages. Therefore, if you change to a higher priced package, your remaining Usage Time will go down, and vice versa.
