There are two rules you need to keep in mind:
1. Sierra Chart software allows for up to 3 computers to be running the software at the same time. So having the Sierra Chart software running on two computers at the same time is not a problem.

2. The exchanges only allow for 1 computer to be connected to the data feed at a time, by default. You can pay a second exchange fee in order to allow for 2 computers to connect at the same time. Refer to the information here:

If you do not want to pay the extra exchange fee, then it is best to simply ensure that Sierra Chart is only running on one computer at a time, so make sure you exit completely from one before you go to another.
