Until this is implemented or changed, one option to simplify is to set up the order allocation as a button on the control bar. When the button is selected, it is a lighter color, when un-selected it is a darker color and you can choose the color. This way, it is visual and easy to enable or disable and see the status rather than thru menus. When customizing the CONTROL BAR to add a button, the option to enable or disable order allocation is in the "Trade Window Menu" under "Available control bar commands" Also, the order allocation status is per chart so this helps very quickly to see if you are enabled or disabled each time you change to another chart.
