Typically it is a custom study. Restart the sub-instance and set it to be in "Safe Mode" and see if that resolves the issue. If so, then you will need to determine the study that is causing the issue. Refer to the following for how to use "Safe Mode": Sierra Chart - Software Login Instructions: Using Safe Mode If not the above, then check the other studies on the chart. Removing them one-by-one to see what may be the cause. Also, make sure your chart's scale is set to "Automatic". At least change it temporarily and see if it solves the issue.
