Hi, So I was hoping you could clarify some confusion I'm having. My footprints colouring method is set to 'based on diagonal dominant sid AskVol BidVol percentage', same for text colouring method. I read diagonal is most accurate as this is how market orders are placed. But the daily delta profile does not have the same settings. I did some research, read up explanations on your webpages but I'm still unsure whether to use diagonal or standard: ie. diagonal ask volume - bid volume for volume bar calculation and diagonal difference of bid and ask volume for colouring or whether to use the standard ask-bid volume for volume bar calculation and difference of bad and ask volume for colouring. As one gives the oppositie colour to the other setting, one would show buying is dominating near the highs or the day, the other shows selling dominating. I just want to show whether there was more aggressive buyers or sellers at each price on my daily delta profile, could you advise which setting is best for this? thanks |
