This is what we want you to do:

Restart Sierra Chart.

Open a chart for one single stock and no other charts.

After the chart is opened and the initial download of historical data is complete, select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download.


After that download completes, then post a copy of the Message Log by following these instructions:
