Upgraded from sp10 to sp12 several days ago. Amp has me certified with Teton-Sierra order routing and doesn't know why I have a problem connecting to data feed with Sierra. Error message says that "No trade accounts assigned". This should not be the case. All account agreements are signed, I am paid through 8-3-2023. There are no issues with password, https, the problem seems to be with Sierra recognizing and assigning my account(s) correctly. I only have one account and use it on one computer. Please advise or correct the issue. I upgraded SP package on 7-3-23 to enable market by order functionality as well as full order flow without top of book limitation.
