You are not setup to get any real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. It looks like your exchanges did not renew on July 1, 2023 due to a lack of funds. Therefore, any data you were trying to get would have been coming from Rithmic. You can reactivate the exchanges you want by adding the necessary funds and then going to the "Recurring Services" page. There is a link on the Main Control Panel for your account on our website for this. Scroll to the bottom of that page and you will see a list of recently deactivated services. Select the button to reactivate the exchanges that you want.
