The items at the top of the Trade Activity Log are filters. The first one at the upper left filters what kind of information you want to see. Right now, it is set to "Fills". Set this to "All Activity" and you will then be able to see all the things that occurred while the orders were in place - including any changes to the Stop that should have occurred (or maybe did not - we do not know). The information is all in these logs, you just need to sift through the data to figure it out.
