You need to look at your "Trade Activity Log" and see what orders were in place at the time and what it states about each of these and when they were filled and why. Refer to the following:

We do not work with TT any longer. We were working with them for our "Sierra Chart Order Routing Service", but that ended at least 1 year ago when we came out with our "Teton Order Routing Service", which is our own direct connection to the CME Group exchanges. It is this latter one that you are using.

All of the information on the orders and fills is in the Trade Activity Log.
