I have an existing live account with transact, and I prepay my sierra subscription through them every month. I have downloaded the transact trading software onto my new laptop without issue, however with this new update it does not install sierra as standard. I have downloaded sierra and logged in with a very old details which has worked fine. I have replicated my log in details on the data/service settings screen using the info I still have access to on my old laptop but it does not seem to work. I receive the error message "your current service package does not support this function. Select account control panel to change your package". I don't want to add credit as I already pay for my usage. What am I missing? |
