Hi, I have an issue with live datafeed for my Apteros Trading Tryout. I followed all the steps in their guide ( https://intercom.help/apteros-trading/en/articles/6512095-connecting-sierra-chart-to-the-tryout ). I have been in contact with their support team and they confirmed all the required steps were met and suggested to contact you for suggestions. Could you please help me out here?
