Hi I have paid for all the CME/ Denali data. However, I keep getting delayed CME data for the 6BM23 future contract. I have followed the instructions and am connecting to the SC Data - all servces - disconnect and then reconnect. For some reason I am having this issue. I used to use Sierra some time back and didnt have any issues. I didn trade from Sierra directly so didnt have a trading account on SC. Is there something I am missing. Please advise. Thanks, |
