This is the problem:
Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is disabled. | 2023-06-08 10:55:20.563

Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to Yes.
