Is the sierra chart connected to TWS first, and then TWS to CME GLOBEX?
Yes, when you are using Interactive Brokers this is the way it is setup. I don't use sierra chart to trade, I just use it to analyze the market.Can I use sierra chart connecting directly to CME GLOBEX?

There will not be a difference in the speed of the Denali Data if you are connected to TWS, as the Denali data comes from the same place regardless of our "Current Selected Service".
