I myself thought it may have been the shaded areas in my TPO before I reached out to support but then decided to switch to blocks instead of letters to verify and it was the same issue; I attached an image to show this (apologies as the link isn't visible for me like before, perhaps it is again on your end). So I removed all studies as mentioned in a support page prior to sending- apologies for the bother with the issue I am having, nonetheless an amazing platform. Perhaps this is related: I noticed this issue happens at or close to contract rollover dates |
