You need to activate an exchange that includes the Market Depth data. Right now, the exchange you have active, does not include this information. You can modify your exchange selections for the CME Group at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Just be aware that the exchanges do not pro-rate and they do not give refunds. Therefore, you will not get anything back when you "deactivate" an exchange (which really just sets it to not renew, you will still get the data through the end of the month). And you will pay the full amount for any exchanges that you "activate" for the remainder of the month, regardless of when you activate the exchange within the month.
