Actually when we read this, it shows the Rithmic server is not stable:

Also, once i enter the order, i get a message downloading historical data. When I cancel the order it still shows on the chart until i disconnect and reconnect to the service. Please help quickly because I cannot trade.

This is strictly a Rithmic server issue! Not with Sierra Chart. There is no further help we can provide.
