We see that you did have an exchange active for the CME Group back in April, but it did not renew on May 1, 2023 - most likely due to insufficient funds in your account on that day. This is why you are not getting any real-time data.

You can activate the CME Group exchange(s) for which you want the real-time data at the following link:

Just be aware the the exchanges are not pro-rated, so you will pay the full amount for the exchange for the remaining time left in this month. Then you will pay again on the first day of next month.
