That is a Volume by Price Study set to be aligned to the far right and set to show the Delta for the bars and the volumes. Start with this example: Volume By Price Study: 1 Hour Volume Profile At End of Chart And then change the Volume Calculation to be the delta and add the display of the volume in the bars.
