You should use IB's forex symbol format for charts/DOMs you are placing trades based on. When SC is connected to IB, you can do that by finding a symbol using Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Find or File >> Find Symbol. The IB FX trading symbols are listed under the 'IB Forex (for trading)' category. Make sure to not use the default FXCM data based symbols but the IB symbol formats: Your log shows that you are trying to place orders using forex symbols that IB does not recognizes.
