You are not using Windows but you are using Wine on Linux. The issue you have is a known problem when using Wine. We have looked at it extensively and we cannot identify any problem in Sierra Chart. We even implemented a workaround for what we think the problem is within Wine but that did not work. There is nothing more we can do at this time. This issue does not occur when using Windows.
