nicktrader, Given your description, I guess that you should have some setting in the main instance that is somehow causing that. My next step would be to install a brand new main instance (not changing any settings of it) and then create a second instance from that main instance. If the problem disappears, I would go through the related Settings menus of both (old and new) main instances and would try to figure out what settings are different. Meanwhile, you have probably already done that but you can also try and read the related information: Using DTC Server for Data and Trading in Another Sierra Chart Instance If none of the above sorts out your problem, I don't know what else I can recommend you except waiting for an answer from the support.
