By default, when you are setup to get data from us (Sierra Chart) then you will be getting the data from us when connected to your trading service. For more on this topic, refer to the following: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Integration with Trading Services One thing we want to point out is that it looks like you were previously using our U.S. Equities data from our Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. We have stopped that service and now have a new U.S. Equities data feed called "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape" that is part of our Denali Exchange Data Feed. The cost for this is only $10.00 per month. It looks like you were not switched over because you had not completed the agreement for this exchange. If you want to get the data for our U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape, then first fill out the exchange agreement at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements_STOCKS And then activate the appropriate exchange option at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeedSTOCKS Once this is setup, then you will use the standard stock symbol for this data (i.e. 'IBM'). When using Interactive Brokers you will need to enter the symbol as the stock symbol and then use the Trade and Current Quote Symbol to enter the symbol needed by IB for trading. Refer to the information here: Chart Settings: Trade and Current Quote Symbol (text box) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol menu) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
