Package 5 includes all the Advanced features you are asking for (Footprint and TPO Charts in particular). You just can not connect to a trading service or get real-time data with Package 5. But since you are wanting to just do Simulated Trading, then you can use our Delayed Streaming Data along with our Simulated Futures Trading Service to do your sim trading.
