We assume you are referring to the S&P500 Index from the CME Group (i.e. ES and MES symbols). The issue with the CME group is that they require that you have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees. The other option is to pay the Professional prices, which are very high.
