Hello, I have just opened a Sierra account with a 14 day free trial. I am working my way through the getting started/basic user videos but when I click on 'Chart' the chart settings box I am getting looks nothing like the one on the video. How do I get to the one that's on the Video, where I can change the chart to 15 min or 5 min? Also, when I click open DOM window it is empty and looks like half of it is cut away? Any assistance you can give me here would be greatly appreciated, thank you. |
