Do not change the Price Display Format or the Tick Size. Those will not do anything for the scale showing up. The main thing we can think of is the Scale Increment settings. Check this in the scale Window for the chart and see if it is set to anything other than 0. If it is, then change it back to 0 (zero) and select OK to close the window. Let us know if this resolves the issue.
