First - we are not stopping support for CQG. We did stop support for CQG data awhile ago, and there is a need for CQG users to update, which means that you will have to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed instead of CQG data. 1. Once you are setup with the Denali data, you will want to have AMP cancel your CQG data so you are not paying for it twice. 2. You do not need to use the Teton Order Routing Service (which AMP does support at this time), you can continue to use CQG. If you are only trading the CME Group, then we recommend making the change to the Teton Order Routing Service. You will have better, faster, executions and save a bit of money (Teton has zero fees for the order routing). 3. The "Full CME Group for Non-Professionals" is the data from the Full CME Group - meaning all 4 of the exchanges that they run (COMEX, CBOT, CME, and NYMEX). The "CME Top-of-Book for Non-Professionals" is the data just for the CME exchange itself. Neither of these options include Market Depth data, so if you need that, then you will need an exchange option that includes "Market Depth". In terms of the VIX, we do not have data for the VIX cash index. We do have NASDAQ Global Indices exchange (which is currently free) and it has the "Volatility NASDAQ - 100" which has the symbol "VOLNDX". For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
